internal culture within universities that fosters intrapreneurship among all its actors, which can further promote innovation and link the university with external entrepreneurial activities.<\/p><p><strong>Specific objectives in line with the Action\u2019s objectives are:<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div through training in HEIs in third countries not associated to the Programme, in the departments of Management, Humanities, Arts and IT by preparing them to become true agents of change, through a new innovative practice developed during the project.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-icon-list-icon\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<svg aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"e-font-icon-svg e-fas-check\" viewBox=\"0 0 512 512\" xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2000\/svg\"><path d=\"M173.898 mechanisms of HEIs in third countries not associated to the Programme by establishing a dedicated innovation task force within each HEI, whom will continue to foster a culture of innovation, by encouraging entrepreneurship within the HEIs after the project ends. <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span
