This WP aims to conduct a thorough assessment of the status quo of intrapreneurship in academia, with a focus on understanding and harmonizing mechanisms, policies, and frameworks at institutional, national, and regional levels. Specific objectives: • Existing literature on intrapreneurship in academia will be scrutinized. • Investigation of institutional and national policies supporting intrapreneurship. • Baseline Exploration at Programme Country HEIs: • Extending the assessment through additional focus groups and interviews in each Partner Country HEI. • Gathering detailed insights into current intrapreneurship mechanisms, encompassing challenges, opportunities, and recommendations. • Utilizing gathered insights to formulate Intrapreneurial Strategies for each partner country HEI. • Defining actionable steps and assigning key responsibilities for implementation in the future. • Production of two publications: Policy Paper: Based on assessment findings, providing recommendations for fostering intrapreneurial culture in academia. Work Package 3 focuses on enhancing intrapreneurial skills through a comprehensive program facilitated by FHJ. WP3 seeks to empower participants with intrapreneurial skills, providing them with a structured training program and a collaborative space to enhance their abilities. The package aims to contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration among HEIs, fostering creativity and problem-solving within the designated space. This WP is structured into three key objectives: 1- Develop a detailed and interactive training program covering essential intrapreneurial skills with a focus on creativity, risk-taking, problem-solving, and innovation. 2- Execute the designed training program, monitoring and evaluating participants’ progress throughout 3- Establish a functional Space (IntraSphere) equipped with the necessary tools, technology, and resources to promote collaboration, idea generation, and knowledge sharing.

This WP aims to launch two intrapreneurial initiatives at the country level in Albania and Kosovo, targeting both students and faculty members. Under the mentorship of experienced EU partners, a holistic approach will be employed to foster intrapreneurial skills, facilitate knowledge transfer, and provide practical experiences within the academic community. This WP lies on 3 main specific objectives: 1- Implement a Regionally Focused Peer Mentoring Program which will facilitate knowledge transfer and foster intrapreneurial skills, focusing on creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and risk-taking within the Western Balkans (WB) region 2- Develop Academic and Student Intrapreneurial Initiatives

The wide objective of this package is to ensure continuous dissemination activities such as communication via a website, social media presence, newsletters, workshops, conference etc. which will raise awareness, aiming to maintain the interest in the project, as well to develop interaction between the project, relevant stakeholders (including European, National and local authorities) and the public. Dissemination plan extends beyond project life; long lasting use of project results is secured by careful planning of methods and means which will be used for dissemination
