The Kick-Off Meeting of the ERASMUS+ INTRABUILD Project –
“Cultivating Academic Intrapreneurship in the Western Balkans,” successfully took place on December 19-20, 2024, at the Professional College of Tirana (KPT).

- WP2: Evaluation of the current status of intrapreneurship in academia
- WP3: Capacity-building initiatives for academic intrapreneurship
- WP4: Strategies for driving impact and transformation in academic settings
- WP5: Plans for dissemination and ensuring project sustainability
During the second day, an Interactive Workshops focused on desk research, data collection, and developing policy and research papers in the framework of the project.
